Folio Society announces a new edition of The Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám, to be published in a limited edition of 1,000 copies. Vellum quarter-binding, spine blocked in 22-carat gold, vellum tips. New etching hand-printed, signed and numbered by the artist Niroot Puttapipat.

Earlier editions by Folio Society were published in 1955, with reprints in 1959 and 1960, and in 1970, with illustrations by Virgil Burnett. This last edition was reprinted at least sixteen times.
