The 150th anniversary of the publication of Edward FitzGerald’s Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám, and the bicentenary of FitzGerald’s birth, are being marked by an exhibition in Cambridge University Library and a lecture by Bill Martin and Sandra Mason. This illustrated talk by the co-curators will be followed by a guided tour of the display.
